Schneider makes her head coaching debut with the Gallaudet University cheerleading program this season (2010-11) after being an assistant coach during the 2009-2010 season. The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) graduate hails from upstate New York where she attended South Lewis High School. Schneider started as a cheerleader when she was 10, and she cheered in high school and at RIT. Schneider is a certified American Sign Language interpreter. She is currently enrolled in the Gallaudet linguistics master's program.
