Bahl begins his third season with the Gallaudet University football program. He started as the American Sign Language interpreter for Coach Chuck Goldstein when he was the offensive coordinator in 2009. Bahl currently is the man behind the scenes working with all aspects of the program as he runs the football operations side for the Bison.
The Faribault, Minn., native has also served as a team interpreter for the Gallaudet women’s basketball program from 2009-11. In his spare time he works as an ASL interpreter in the Washington, D.C., metro area. He has strong ties to the Deaf Community as both of his parents are deaf and his sister is also an ASL interpreter. Bahl currently resides in Washington, D.C.
