Gallaudet Athletics Announces 2009 Summer Camp Dates

Learn how to shoot better from a former WNBA coach, learn how to rebound better from a Gallaudet basketball player, learn how to serve better from the Deaflympics Volleyball Coaches, learn how to run better routes from the football coach who has led the Gallaudet football team to an undefeated season, at the 2009 Gallaudet Summer Sports Camps.

There will be volleyball camps, basketball camps, football camps, and soccer camps for young men and women ages 10-18, except for the football camp which is limited to ages 13-18. All the camps will feature Gallaudet head coaches from their respective sports, and will be staffed by current and former Gallaudet athletes and assistant coaches.

Come make new friends and meet young men and women from throughout the United States and the world, and use the Gallaudet athletic facilities, which include a new synthetic turf field that was installed in the summer of 2008 and a new track which is being installed this month. You will also be using the Gallaudet Field House where the Gallaudet men's and women's basketball teams and volleyball team play.

Housing will be in the University's dorms, and you will get to eat on campus as well.
